Exploring the Pacific Northwest’s temperate rainforests, coasts, and alpine meadows to find, record, and protect wildlife. Using observation, photos, and notes, tracking behaviors, habitats, and seasonal movements of birds, mammals, amphibians, and invertebrates. This work blends natural-history storytelling with careful data collection through species lists, habitat checks, and photo records to help researchers, land managers, and citizen scientists. Following ethical field practices: minimize disturbance, respect nests and dens, and obey permits and access rules. Sharing clear, evidence-based reports and images with communities and conservation groups to highlight threats like development, invasive species, and climate change, and to promote practical actions: habitat restoration, citizen monitoring, and policy work. The aim is to improve understanding of Pacific Northwest wildlife and use that knowledge to protect habitats and species.
